PlaniFi will share your information submitted with no other third party without your express written consent.  PlaniFi may retain information submitted indefinitely.  In the event of a data breach, PLaniFi will not be held responsible for lost or stolen data unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 

Terms and conditions

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, lease, loan, sell, create derivative works from, upload, transmit, or distribute the Intellectual Property of PlaniFi in any way without PLaniFi’s prior written permission. You will be held fully liable for lost revenue if you or your associates are utilizing PLaniFi’s content without proper licensing or express written consent on PLaniFi leader head signed by Office of the Company.
